The SDC Research Lab develops a wide range of electronic devices with a material-device-circuit co-innovation approach. Our aim is to find new functionalities and properties of future electronic applications by exploring boundaries between semiconductor material, device, and circuit levels.

Our lab aims to connect various scientific and engineering disciplines for future applications. We are seeking interdisciplinary convergence studies with students and researchers from various backgrounds: electronic engineering, physics, chemistry, chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, materials science, and nanotechnology.
