I would like to invite you to join me for a time of Renewal and Reflection. After our Lenten journey, I thought it would be meaningful to offer space to process and share together.
Or, simply come for a time of renewal and reflection following Resurrection Day—a chance to pause and consider how we live in this ever-changing world.
We’ll engage in InterPlay, journaling, and art-making as ways to reflect and carry the light God has placed in each of us.
Hope to see you this Saturday! Please register to receive the zoom link
I’ll send a reminder before our time together.

As we enter this Holy Week, my heart aches for something deeper. I long to walk closely with Jesus through His final days, tracing His journey toward Easter morning. In response, I’ve begun a mini journey of contemplative, creative liturgies—starting with an Anointing Liturgy inspired by the story of Mary Magdalene. I invite us all to pause, to reflect, and to learn from Mary’s devotion

In this transition of time of end of the year and the beginning of the new year, it's good to reflect on 2023. What the year has been? What ignited your inner lights? When does your light shine brighter? What kindle your lights? - you can also explore the opposite of the questions as well -fuel what make your light shine better and aware of things that dims the light. Contact me for the worksheet.
Join me in this Lenten season to a creative 7 weeks journey of moving Lenten meditation. Using the InterPlay forms and Spiritual Dance practice, we will reflect on Jesus's experience in the desert for 40 days. Our journey will begin in the darkness and then we will gradually catch the dancing light of God that woos us out of the darkness and into new life and freedom.
