How To Place An Order?

What Payment Options Are Available?

How Much Is The Delivery Charge?
The delivery charge depends on the location. You will know the amount after sending us the details to place an order.
Can I Track My Order?
Every Package we send is tracked. We can provide the tracking number upon request.
Can I Update My Order?
Kindly note that your order cannot be updated if it has already been fulfilled.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Please make sure to Cancel the order Before the order confirmation is sent to you.
When we receive an order confirmation we make the package ready to be picked by the courier as soon as possible, so we may not be able to cancel your order upon request after the order confirmation.
How Do I Know My Order Status?
Once you place an order with the details we request you will get an Order Confirmation. You can then double check all your details and confirm it. Then we pack the order as soon as possible for the courier to pick it up.
How Long Will It Take To Deliver My Package?
With the current crisis going on in Sri Lanka it will take within 4-5 business days to deliver.
