This Privacy Policy for ScriptDeer ("we," "us," or "our"), describes how and why we might access, collect, store, use, and/or share ("process") your personal information when you use our H.Board ("App"), including when you:

- Download and use our App

- App retrieves and displays the data recorded in iPhone's Health

- Engage with us in other related ways, including any sales, marketing, or events

Additionally, by using App, users("you") are deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

App collects the following information, but only with your explicit permission. None of this information is transmitted to or shared with us:

- Information recorded in iPhone Health (only the items you have permitted access to)

- Goal-setting data

- Photos you have selected from your device’s photo library

App does not require account creation, and we do not collect or retain any information that can identify you personally.

Note: Through Apple’s App Analytics feature, operational data related to this app (referred to below as “diagnostic data”) may be registered in Apple’s system if you have permitted its transmission, and we may be able to view this data.

・Other diagnostic data

Diagnostic data does not contain any information that can identify you personally. Therefore, in this policy, diagnostic data is treated separately from personal information.

Details of personal information provided by you

- Health Data 

  Personal health data recorded in iPhone's Health.

  Some of this data is entered by you via the App's interface. 

- Goal-setting Information

  Target values set by you, such as weight, step count, and blood pressure. 

- Photos

  When you shares a graph of their health data on social media or similar platforms, the photo designated as the graph’s background. 

Including the information listed above, none of the data retrieved by App is disclosed to us. 

2. HOW DO WE PROCESS YOUR INFORMATION?

The personal information acquired by App is processed only within App and displayed on the screen, but it is not transmitted to us or any third party. 

Therefore, we do not use such personal information for purposes such as data analysis, service provision, improvement, management, marketing, or advertising.

3. WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

The personal information obtained by App will not be shared with third parties, including other applications or services.

In the following cases, you can export or post their personal information obtained by App to other applications or services through voluntary procedures.

- Health data (file) 

- Graph images of health data (which may include specified photos as backgrounds) 

4. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

Health data loaded into App will not be stored outside iPhone's Health app. When App is closed, the data is erased from memory.

Additionally, data such as weight and blood pressure entered into App will be saved in iPhone's Health App. You can delete this data by using the deletion feature in iPhone's Health app.

Goal-setting information is saved in the UserDefaults provided by the OS to the application. Deleting App will also remove this goal-setting information.

5. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We take comprehensive security measures to ensure the safety of personal information. 

Health data loaded into App will not be stored outside iPhone's Health app. When App is closed, the data is erased from memory.

Additionally, health data such as weight and blood pressure entered through App is saved in iPhone's Health app and is protected by appropriate security measures.

Goal-setting information is stored in the UserDefaults provided by the OS, ensuring it is protected through appropriate security measures.

6. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You yourself can delete the personal information read or written by App using the aforementioned methods.

7. DO WE MAKE UPDATES TO THIS NOTICE?

We comply with applicable laws and other regulations regarding personal information, while reviewing and improving this policy as needed.

We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of this policy, and you waive any right to receive specific notice of each such change. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information. 

However, if the update involves changes to App, we will make efforts to notify you of the updated policy on the update screen.
