To provide key functionality—such as displaying daily screen time totals, app usage stats, category breakdowns, usage limits, and home screen widgets—the App requires the Usage Access Permission (android.permission.PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS) and Display Over Other Apps Permission (android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW).

• Local Storage & On-Device Processing: All usage statistics (installed app package names, daily usage durations, and app launch times) are queried, computed, and stored strictly locally on your device.

• No Third-Party Uploads: Your personal app usage history, app lists, and screen time details are never uploaded to our servers, shared, or sold to third parties.

2. Data Retention and Security

• Data Retention: All usage data, daily screen time logs, and custom widget settings are stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. Uninstalling the App or clearing local app data will permanently delete all stored settings.

• Data Security: We implement industry-standard safeguards to protect the integrity of the App. Because no personal usage data is transmitted to remote databases, your screen time information remains completely private to your device.

3. Opt-Out and Managing Permissions

You can modify or revoke app permissions at any time through your Android device settings:
