Solar & Cosmic Plasmas Seminar
This is a home page of the Solar & Cosmic Plasmas (SCP) Seminar held as a joint seminar for graduate students at the Department of Astronomy at Kyoto University and the Department of Earth and Planetary Science at The University of Tokyo. The name of the seminar in the Japanese language is "太陽・宇宙プラズマ雑誌会" or プラズマ雑誌会 in short.
Scope of the seminar
This seminar covers wide range of topics on solar and cosmic plasmas mainly from theoretical point of view (although observational topics are also welcome). Speakers are expected to give a talk on their research progress and/or on a review of a selected topic. Main speakers are graduate students. Post-doctoral fellows, faculty members, and, guest researchers may also give talks.

Where:
Online. URL of the video conference is distributed in the weekly announcements.
When
15:00-16:30, Wednesdays JST for the "Main" part
14:00-17:00, Tuesdays JST for the "Journal club" part
No sessions in summer/winter/spring vacations nor on national holidays, in principle.
Official language is English.
