Get ready for the first ever National Cultural Fest in Savar proudly hosted by Savar Cantonment Public School and College Cultural Club. A three day nationwide cultural extravaganza uniting young talents from different institutions across Bangladesh.

The General Knowledge Quiz is designed to test participants’ awareness across diverse fields including current affairs, history, science, culture, literature, and more.
The quiz will be conducted online via Google Form during the designated time slot. The exam time will be posted on our Social Media and link will be sent to all registered participants through SMS prior to the exam.
Each participant must attempt the quiz individually. Team work or multiple entries will lead to disqualification. Participants are strictly prohibited from using any external assistance, including google/Ai or any online sources. Any form of cheating or plagiarism will result in immediate disqualification.
It is a grand opportunity to showcase your melodious voice in this remarkable fest. Explore your genius in singing and demonstrate your talent through us. The competition will be judged through two rounds, primary and final round. both round will be held on the same day.
Participants may perform in any language (modern singing) but offensive or inappropriate lyrics are strictly prohibited. Participants may bring their own instruments. A participant can prepare for two songs for both primary and final round. Participants are also allowed to repeat the same performance for both rounds.
Showcase your talent through traditional folk or innovative creative dance performances that blend culture rhythm and expression on one stage. The competition will be judged through two rounds, primary and final round. Both rounds will be held on the same day.
Participants are allowed to play traditional Bangla song and Classical Indian song as background music. Selected song for your dance must be appropriate. Any type of Western music will not be granted. Participants are only allowed to perform traditional dance. Any sort of Western dance is not allowed. Green rooms will be provided for both male and female. Participants can bring necessary costumes for their performances.There can be two individual performances prepared for the primary round and the final round. Participants are also allowed to repeat the same performance for both rounds.
A celebration of the beauty of words and emotions through poetry.
Participants may recite either Bangla or English poems. No background music or instruments are permitted. Original or famous poems are allowed, but participants must mention the poet's name. There will be only one round.
Every colour has a story, every line speaks emotion. Our drawing segment is your chance to bring imagination to life and let your art speak your words.
Participants must bring their own art materials (pencils, painting materials, colouring supplies etc.). Any theme or topic is allowed. Use of tracing or digital tool is strictly prohibited. Drawing time : 1.5hour. Art paper will be provided.
In this segment, participants will be given a random situation, emotion, or scenario on the spot and they must perform a short solo act based on it. No script just pure spontaneous acting!
Participants will have 1 minute of preparation time before performing. No pre-written scripts or prior rehearsed pieces are allowed. Performance can be maximum 2 minutes long.

Every great idea deserves a space to shine and the Wall Magazine is where your creativitiy, words, and design come together to tell stories that inspire and connect.
Submission may include articles, artwork, poems, and photographs. Plagiarism is strictly prohibited. The magazine should be presented neatly on a display board or a large chart paper. Participants must bring their own necessary supplies.
Participants will submit their photographs online via Registration Form. The first submission is free for all participants. From the submissions, the Judges will select 100 best photos . Only the selected participants will then pay a registration fee to have their photos framed and exhibited during the Cultural Fest. The exhibition will showcase creativity, composition, and storytelling through the lens.
Each participant can submit one photo. Submissions must be original photographs clicked by participants. Registration fees apply only for selected exhibition photos. Photos must be high resolution. Politics-based photos and photos with offensive or inappropriate content will be disqualified. Editing is allowed, but photos must retain originality (no plagiarism).
Bands will register by submitting a video of their performance via the online registration form. The video can be any length and may feature an original song or a cover of any artist. From submissions, top 10 bands will be selected for participating physically in the Cultural Fest. Only the selected bands will pay the registration fee.
All band members must be school/college students from the same or different institutions. Hiring external drummers or musicians is strictly prohibited. Bands can have a maximum of 6 members. Selected bands must pay the registration fee to participate and perform live. Song must be appropriate. The student-based band will get maximum 20 minutes for completing their performance. Participants must bring their own instruments except the drum set, which will be provided by the organizers.
