Meetings are normally held at the Voyageur Council Office in the Buffam Room, normally with teleconference services. But on occasion we will either hold the meeting at alternate locations or simply do a teleconference meeting.

All Committee meetings are open to anyone within Scouts Canada or interested in joining the Committee.
