On the cover, their presence is clear: 

At the center, a glowing clock represents Father Time, the keeper of moments who sees all but changes nothing. Time spirals around him, an endless cycle beyond human control. On one side, a weathered skull in jagged rock marks the realm of Death. Cold and constant, Death waits, accepting all. On the other side, a blooming tree by a cascading waterfall represents Life. These gods don’t interfere; they balance and witness. They don’t rule; they observe.
