As part of our commitment to service excellence and innovaEon, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a Retail Opera;ons and Sales Analytics Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering soluEon-oriented sales & supply chain analyEcs to support replenishment activities and help our clients drive sales growth with Walmart and Sam’s Club.
Responsibilites:
1. Replenishment Responsibilites:
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels across Walmart stores to ensure optimal stock levels and in-stocks at the stores.
• Coordinate with suppliers to place orders and manage replenishment to meet Walmart's demand.
• Utilize sales data and historical trends to forecast future demand and adjust inventory levels accordingly.
2. Sales & Supply Chain Analytics:
• Generate regular reports on sales performance, inventory turnover, and forecast accuracy to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis to idenEfy trends, opportuniEes, and areas for improvement in sales and supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
3. Client Onboarding and maintaining essential records:
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process to become approved suppliers for Walmart.
• Liaise with Walmart's supply chain team to ensure all necessary documentation and requirements are met for client onboarding.
• Support and assist clients throughout the onboarding process, including product licensing, pricing, and compliance.
• Gather and maintain key records related to the client's business, such as contacts, promotional calendars, details, new product launch details, etc.
4. Relationship Management:
• To ensure smooth operaEons and client satisfaction, build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and Walmart's supply chain team.
• Act as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues related to replenishment, onboarding, or analytics.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Excel.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
5. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
Compensation:
$50,000 - $60,000 annual salary + bonus
