Position Overview
The Coca-Cola’s Summer Internship program is an 8-10 week experience at our office in Rogers, AR. The Customer Solutions team mission is to lead and enable strategic Customer and Coca-Cola System Supply Chain capabilities with our largest retail and foodservice customers.
The Customer Solutions Summer Intern program is a program designed to give interns the opportunity to work in the Supply Chain Technical & Innovation organization. Extending over the course of the summer, our intern will work alongside some of the business world’s sharpest minds in business-critical initiatives. The successful candidate will be a team player with a strong work ethic who takes initiative and is excited to learn more about Coca Cola!
Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities
Support the Customer Solutions team on the Walmart and Sam’s Club Retail business, the largest Retailer, in advance analytics and data, and assist in the DSD Transformation workstream
Work closely with various cross functional teams across the organization to support the development, analysis, and implementation of key business process improvement projects.
Assist with achieving our team objectives including - Enable Financial Goals, Grow revenue, Improve Service, Drive Efficiency/Reduce Waste, and Grow Team & Individual Capability.
Develop scorecards and monitor key business performance metrics to steward back to customer account teams and bottler network
Assist in organizing and facilitating team meetings to achieve continuous process improvement including identifying process efficiencies and solutions to implement within our organization
Evaluate specific Customer team service tools to understand how they might be reapplied or scaled across additional Customers.

Education Requirements
Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Business.
Related Work Experience
Prior work experience in Supply Chain, Engineering & Business would be beneficial but not required
Compensation
$4853 per month
