Submission Process
● Abstracts must be submitted exclusively via the conference website.
● Submissions via email, post, or other means will not be accepted.

Registration Policy
● Registration is not mandatory at the time of abstract submission, but attendees are encouraged to register upfront to avail early bird benefits.
● If accepted, the presenting author must register within 5 days of notification at the applicable fee at that period.
● Failure to register within this period will result in withdrawal of the abstract from the program.

● Oral Paper Presentation
● Electronic Poster Presentation
Content Categories
Abstracts must be submitted under one of the following:
● Clinical Trials
● Original Research
● Case Series
● Literature Reviews / Systematic Reviews
● Scientific Educational Exhibit
Topics must be related to
Abstract Format & Word Limits
● Electronic Poster Presentations: Maximum 300 words
● Oral Presentations: Maximum 500 words
The presenting author must be listed as the first author.
Review Process
● All abstracts will be reviewed by a panel of experts.
● The committee’s decision will be final.
● The Scientific Committee will strive to accommodate your presentation preferences.
Travel & Accommodation
● No travel or accommodation grants will be provided.
● Presenters must make their own arrangements.
Winners will be announced at the valedictory function on 23rd May 2026.
