■利用規約
・本規約は、SciKaleidoにより作成・公開（ECサイトや各種プラットフォームを介しての販売等も含む）されたアバターに関するものです。
・3Dモデル(.fbx, .vrm, .unitypackage等)として配布されているアバターについては、著しく外観を損なわない範囲で改変および改造が可能です。
・企業・法人がSciKaleidoによるアバターを利用する際は、商用/非商用問わず必ずご連絡ください。(https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScVxyDMDmfa0U7lk8wc3hP-7QJ9CVGLMoxAPAh_DlWUlY09ZQ/viewform)
・アバターに関する著作権は放棄しておりません。
・SciKaleidoにより作成および公開されたアバターに関するデータ(本アバターが撮影された写真・動画や、本アバターに適用するテクスチャ、アニメーション等も含む)を無断でトークン化することを禁じます。

■免責事項
・本モデルを使用したことにより、いかなる損害、トラブルが発生したとしてもSciKaleidoおよび制作者は責任を負いません。

■禁止事項
1.配布元に直接の許可を得ない営利目的・商用目的の利用（二次創作としての利用は可）
2.過度の暴力的表現／猥褻目的／キャラクターのイメージを著しく損なう表現／公序良俗に反する目的／政治的利用／宗教的利用／差別を目的とした利用／　前述のいずれか一つでも該当する場合の利用
3.二次配布（改造を施したものや、元となるメッシュ等を利用したモデルも含む）
4.各種サービスで購入者本人以外がモデルを利用可能な状態にすること
5.他者の権利を侵害するような使用方法
6.倫理的に問題のある研究活動への参加
7. SciKaleidoにより作成および公開されたアバターに関するデータ(アバターファイルのみでなく、テクスチャ、アニメーション等も含む)を無断でトークン化すること

・ The copyright of the model is not abandoned. It belongs to the developers.
・ Tokenization of the data about avatars created and published by SciKaleido (including not only avatar files but also textures, animations, etc.) is prohibited.

・The developers are not responsible for any trouble caused by using this model.

■Prohibited matters

1.Using for commercial purposes without direct permission from the distributor is prohibited(use as derivative works is permitted).
2.Any one of the following usages is prohibited.
Excessive violent expression / Obscene purpose / Expression that significantly damages the image of the character / Purpose that is offensive to public order and morals / Political use / Religious use / Use for the purpose of discrimination.
3.Secondary distribution is not permitted (including modified models and models using the original mesh, etc.).
4.Making the model available to anyone for various services is prohibited.
5.Use that infringes the rights of others is prohibited.
6.It is forbidden to allow Sai-kun to participate in ethically problematic research activities.

7.Tokenization of the data about avatars created and published by SciKaleido (including not only avatar files but also textures, animations, etc.) is prohibited.
