Where
The conference will take place at the Centro Didattico Morgagni of the University of Florence. The location is connected to the city center and to Florence main train station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) by tramway (15 mins).
How to get there
By train:
The location can be easily reached by train, either from Florence main station (Firenze Santa Maria Novella) or from Firenze Rifredi.
Travel to Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station, and then take the Tram T1 (direction: Careggi Ospedale). Get off at the Morgagni - Università stop (about 15 mins), which is right in front at the conference location.
Travel to Firenze Rifredi train station and then walk (about 15 mins) to the conference location. If you are coming by train from North, many trains stop at Firenze Rifredi.
By airplane:
Florence can be easily reached from the Florence, Pisa and Bologna airports:
From Florence airport: Travel to the city center by the Tram T2 (direction Unità) and then take the Tram T1 (direction: Careggi Ospedale). Get off at the Morgagni - Università stop (about 15 mins), which is right in front at the conference location.
From Pisa airport: Travel to Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station by train (Pisa Mover to Pisa Centrale train station and then take a train to Florence) and then take the Tram T1 (direction: Careggi Ospedale). Get off at the Morgagni - Università stop (about 15 mins), which is right in front at the conference location. Alternatively, most trains from Pisa Centrale to Firenze Santa Maria Novella also stop in Firenze Rifredi, which is a 15 mins walk away from the conference location.
From Bologna airport: Travel to Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station by Bus (Appennino Shuttle) and then take the Tram T1 (direction: Careggi Ospedale). Get off at the Morgagni - Università stop (about 15 mins), which is right in front at the conference location.
