The year 2000 marked a turning point in the history of Banshipur Village. The need for better education and skill development opportunities was acutely felt among its residents, particularly the youth. Recognizing this need, a group of passionate individuals came together to initiate coaching programs for students preparing for various competitive exams.

The early days were challenging. The village lacked proper infrastructure, and resources were limited. However, the dedicated team of educators and volunteers persevered. They organized makeshift classrooms in community spaces, leveraging donations and contributions from philanthropic organizations to secure essential materials such as textbooks and stationery.
