Department of Bioethics
I'm currently a postdoctoral fellow in the Department of Bioethics at the National Institutes of Health.
I received my PhD from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in the summer of 2018. My dissertation focused on the overlap between metaethics and the philosophy of action, exploring the implications that our understanding of the 'can' in the principle ought-implies-can has for a theory of ought. For more on my research, see my CV and research page.
In addition to doing philosophy, I love to teach it. You can find some of my teaching materials here.
