Click on the link and you will find the ‘ Teacher Registration form’ (You'll have to type your google username and the password to access the form)
Click on ‘Fill out form’
and in the form you will be required to fill in the following information.
1. Email address
2. Current photograph ( If you do not have a photograph, you may take one from your smart phone and upload)
3. School
4. Teacher’s name (As in Bank book)
Before you register, You ae requested to open up a Commercial Bank Account if you do not have one and submit the bank details as requested in the form.
5. NIC number
6. Name in use
7. Postal address
8. Contact numbers
9. Bank details
Upload a photograph of the Bank pass-book
10 Academic Qualification ( Attach a photograph of your highest academic qualification. if you do not have your Teacher certificate , you may attach a photograph of your Advance Level or any other academic certificate)
If all the details are accurately filled, you may submit the form.
Once you have successfully registered you will receive a Teacher Registration number.
(TRN).
It is a requirement that teachers selected to conduct the course should possess a smart phone , as there is an online monitoring system and the teachers are required to mark their attendance online.
