2. Permissions Used
Internet
Used to communicate securely with our servers.
Camera
Used for profile photos, QR scanning and document uploads.
Photos & Media
Used to upload homework, assignments, certificates and documents.
Location Permission
Used for: - Staff Punch In / Punch Out - Employee Attendance - Driver
Attendance - Live School Bus Tracking - Student Pickup & Drop - Route
Monitoring - Emergency Assistance
Background Location
For authorized drivers, background location may be collected after Punch
In to provide uninterrupted bus tracking, route monitoring, transport
safety and estimated arrival times during official duty only.
Notification Permission
Used to send: - School Notices - Homework Alerts - Fee Reminders -
Attendance Updates - Examination Notifications - Emergency Alerts -
Transport Notifications - Push Notifications using Firebase Cloud
Messaging (FCM)

3. Driver Dashboard & Live Tracking
SchoolApp OnDemand includes a Driver Dashboard.
Drivers can: - Punch In - Punch Out - View assigned routes - Update trip
status
When a driver punches in, GPS location may be collected in real time
to: - Track school buses - Monitor routes - Verify attendance - Improve
student safety - Display live bus location to authorized parents and
school administrators - Calculate estimated arrival time (ETA)
Location tracking is active only during authorized transport operations
or as required by the school.
Driver location is visible only to authorized school staff, transport
administrators and parents assigned to that transport route where
enabled.

4. Firebase Services
The application uses Firebase services including: - Firebase Cloud
Messaging (FCM) for push notifications. - Firebase Analytics to
understand app usage and improve user experience. - Firebase Crashlytics
to identify and fix application crashes.
Firebase may process limited device information and notification tokens
according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
