SWF is currently seeking an investor to join as a 25% partner. This course is designed to support a group of 8 guest per tour and will continue every hour from 9AM to 7PM at an estimated 80 guest per day. The cost per guest is set at $49, and the course will open in sync with the Amusement Park located next-door. Estimated gross revenue while open May thru Aug. for 123 days is:

($49x80) * 123 = $482,000.00

To join as a 25% partner SWF will pay this investor 100% net equity until paid back in full, and then this investor will remain a 25% equity partner with the option of a 10 year contract. The amount required is: $350,000. Candidates will be considered on a first-contact, first-offered basis.
