NEXT MEETING: Oct 6, 2025 @ 6pm in the SCC Middle School Library (East door)
All are welcome!
The mission of the South Central Calhoun Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) is to coordinate volunteer and financial support that:
enriches student learning
supports district staff
fosters strong relationships between parents, teachers, and the school community.
The SCC PTO is a 501(c)(3) non-profit group that supports all three district buildings (Elem, MS & HS) of the South Central Calhoun Community School District. Our group is open to all parents and guardians of students attending SCC Schools, as well as all district teachers and staff.
We meet the first Monday of each month at 6pm in the Middle School Library. We're a casual and fun group and are always happy to welcome new faces and volunteers!
Our annual budget is raised through a variety of fundraisers, events, and donations which are made possible by the support of our wonderful volunteers and community.

We meet the first Monday of each month at 6pm in the Middle School Library. Meetings typically last about 1 hour and are led by our team of officers. Our building representatives also provide updates. We discuss recent and upcoming events and gather input from attendees on how we can best serve our schools. You're welcome to share ideas or simply listen. It's never too late in the year to join!
No, not at all! Many of the volunteers who support our group contribute when and where they are able, and we appreciate them very much! We try to provide a number of volunteer opportunities throughout the year for those who may not be able to attend meetings but would still like to help.
It's a great way to make a positive impact on our schools! In doing so, you'll get to know a lot of wonderful teachers and staff, connect with other families in the district, and have a lot of FUN!
Awesome! You can attend our next meeting (dates below), email sccittanpto@gmail.com, or speak with a PTO officer. We can't wait to have you join us!
All meetings are at 6pm in the SCC Middle School Library in Rockwell City unless otherwise noted.
