Thank you Mr. Gainey, for applying for the astronaut position, but at this time we must deny your application due to your qualifications. On the bright side you did meet one requirement, you are a human.

Everyday "L's" of Life:

Not going to college until I was fifty.

Things I swore I'd finish but never did:

I never finished put the engine to my Cadillac back together and got the car running again. It was a little bit over my head.

Memories I made while I wasn't studying/working:

I have really enjoyed going to the beach and fishing when I should have been doing homework.

TV shows, movies, and books I've enjoyed:

I have always enjoyed the Star Wars movies ever since the first movie came out when I was a child.

Things I'm proud of that you won't see on my resumé:

I'm a great cook and good swimmer in all type of water.

Quirks that make me who I am:

I like making a lot of jokes.

Obstacles I've overcome:

I have overcome extensive heart surgery.

Life events that made me stronger:

Way to many to mention since I was born in 1972.
