Everyday "L's" of Life:
I'm a bit clumsy! I often trip, or fall, or spill stuff. I love making warm drinks- like hot chocolate or tea- but I often forget about them, letting them go cold. I have a lot of plants at home, but I'm not the best about remembering to water them. And I have an absolutely terrible sense of direction!
Memories I made while I wasn't studying/working:
I interned for the Charlotte Mint Museum of Art while I was in college. It. was. Amazing! When I had breaks I could wander the halls admiring art. Nowadays, I love to take day trips to explore! Maybe off to the Georgia Aquarium, Asheville and Biltmore, or all the museums around Charlotte. Often, I'll explore the local spots. Did you know that the Hub City bookshop in Downtown Spartanburg has a cat? She's a delight!
TV shows, movies, and books I've enjoyed:
Gosh! There are a lot! I'd say my favorite books of all time are "The Name of the Wind" by Patrick Rothfuss, "Fruits Basket" by Natsuki Takaya, and "Throne of Glass" by Sarah J. Maas.
Things I'm proud of that you won't see on my resumé:
I love to sew quilts! I like to play video games- especially ones with fantasy themes. I adore the Legend of Zelda series and could talk for hours about it. During the initial COVID quarantine, I even learned how to mod some computer games!
Unconventional Skills:
Speed reading and solving puzzles are great skills of mine!
