Member Master Testimonial

SCA Member Master Testimonials are essential for telling the story of your SCA term, through your eyes. They are also a way for us to convey how transformative these programs can truly be.

Member Master Testimonials must be completed after the halfway point of a position, but before a Member exits.
Member Master Testimonials must be written with intention, purpose, and should accurately reflect your time in service.
It's ok if you're not a great writer! Try your best! Look for mistakes!

1. In the first paragraph, we ask that you introduce yourself, your background, and your interests.

2. In the second paragraph, we ask that you discuss your position, the position's goals, and how it aligned with your interests.

3. In the third paragraph, we ask that you describe your time in the field; day to day life, big projects, successes, and challenges up to this point.

4. In the fourth paragraph, we ask that you highlight your position's impact, specifically on New York State.

5. In the fifth paragraph, we ask that you conclude and offer insight on how the SCA has impacted you and your career.

Please feel free to add paragraphs or topics where necessary. Ultimately, it should be around 900-1200 words. In your ADP timecard we ask that you report this as "Testimonial Assignment for SCA" and code it as "service" hours. When you're done, upload the file as a WORD DOCUMENT to the link below:
