This iOS Subscription Agreement ("Agreement") serves as a binding contract between you and XIAOLONG LI ("the Developer") regarding your subscription to the services provided through the application. By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Agreement.
1. Subscription Plans
1.1 Plan Options
QR Code Scan Master: offers the following subscription plans:
Weekly Plan: Provides full access to premium features with a weekly billing cycle.
Annual Plan: Grants complete access to premium features with yearly billing.
1.2 Premium Benefits
Subscribers gain the following advantages:
Unlimited access to all premium features.
An ad-free user experience.
Priority access to customer support.
2. Billing and Auto-Renewal
2.1 Payment Details
Charges for your subscription will be made through your iTunes account upon confirming the purchase.
2.2 Auto-Renewal Policy
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
Renewal charges will be processed within 24 hours before the current subscription period ends.
The renewal rate will match the original subscription price.
2.3 Subscription Management
You can manage or modify your subscription settings, including turning off auto-renewal, via your iTunes account settings.
2.4 Free Trials
If a free trial is provided, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial period concludes. Once the trial ends, charges will be applied to your account immediately.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Subscription Cancellations
You have the option to cancel your subscription at any time.
Your subscription will remain active until the conclusion of the current billing period.
No partial refunds will be granted for unused time within the billing cycle.
3.2 Refund Requests
Refunds must be processed through Apple Support. Refunds are not handled directly by the Developer and are typically non-refundable unless required by law.
4. Modifications to Subscription Services
4.1 Price Changes
The Developer reserves the right to change subscription pricing. Any changes will be communicated to you beforehand and will take effect in the next renewal period.
4.2 Service Updates
The Developer may update, modify, or remove features of the service at their discretion. By continuing to use the service after these changes, you accept the updated terms.
5. Service Termination
5.1 Termination by the Developer
The Developer may terminate your subscription and access to premium services if this Agreement or related terms are violated.
5.2 Consequences of Termination
Access to premium features will be revoked immediately upon termination.
No refunds will be issued for any prepaid subscription fees.
