IMPORTANT NOTICE

THIS END USER AGREEMENT CONTAINS A LEGALLY BINDING MANDATORY ARBITRATION AND WAIVER OF JURY TRIALS AND CLASS ACTIONS CLAUSE GOVERNING DISPUTES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SCANDOC PRO: SCAN ALL DOCUMENT SERVICES. THIS AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS AS OUTLINED IN SECTION 14 BELOW. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE SERVICES.

This ScanDoc Pro: Scan All Document End User Agreement (the “Agreement”), including any addenda, order forms, exhibits, schedules, appendices, and amendments thereto, constitutes a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and ScanDoc Pro: Scan All Document and its affiliates (“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the ScanDoc Pro: Scan All Document app, website, software, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

2. Acceptance of the Agreement

By activating, accessing, or using ScanDoc Pro: Scan All Document, you represent that:

• You are at least 13 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  
  

• You have the authority to enter into legally binding agreements.
  
  

• You accept and agree to comply with this Agreement.
  
  

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Services.

3. Amendments

We may modify this Agreement at any time due to changes in law or updates to the Services. Updates will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date. Continued use after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

4. Subscription Terms

4.1 Free Trial
We may offer a free trial for a limited time (for example, 3 days). To avoid charges, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Otherwise, the selected subscription plan will automatically renew.

4.2 Paid Subscriptions
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. You can disable auto-renewal in your App Store settings. The service remains active until the current billing period ends.

5. Payment and Billing

Basic features are free. Paid plans and fees are displayed in the App Store at the time of purchase. Applicable taxes may be included. Electronic invoices are available upon request.

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed through the platform where the purchase was made (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Refund eligibility is determined by the platform’s policies.

7. Electronic Agreement and Communication

By using the Services, you agree to:

• Conduct transactions electronically
  
  

• Receive notices and communications electronically
  
  

• Treat electronic communications as legally valid
  
  

8. Ownership

We retain all intellectual property rights in the Services. You are granted no rights other than those expressly provided in this Agreement.

9. User Content

If you upload or share content through the Services, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for service operation. You are responsible for managing and protecting your content.

10. Liability Disclaimer

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of data
  
  

• Damages caused by misuse
  
  

• Service interruptions or technical issues
  
  

You use the Services at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to your use of the Services.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of your jurisdiction, subject to the arbitration clause below.

14. Mandatory Binding Arbitration

All disputes arising out of or relating to the Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration. By agreeing to this clause, you waive rights to:

• Class action lawsuits
  
  

Unless prohibited by law.
