MobSpace built the Scan2SForce app as a subscription based App. This SERVICE is provided by MobSpace and for use as is. If you choose to use this application then it means you agree to the policies laid out in this page as well. So, please read out for your information. IMP : The App does not upload scanned documents to any of the its' own servers. The images only gets uploaded to respective user's Salesforce CRM based on their intent or upload action. We are not responsible for any misuse of our Software, that are intended to harm or exploit any party. The Software is purely meant for only personal use. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Scan2SForce unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Use of Device Camera and Storage
The app requires to access device camera in order to capture images as requested by user. The Storage access required to store same processed images for later use.
Information Collection and Use
The app does not collect any personally identifiable information as plain text. The information those are needed to be captured in order to function the software are being collected in Secure Hash Algorithm (SHA-256) format, hence nullifying any way to identify an individual by any party. We also declare that, the information we collect are solely being used towards the functioning of the App.

Log Data
Be informed that whenever you use the app, in a case of an error, the app collects data and information (through standard 3rd party libraries) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This helps to analyze the issue for that specific device and address the problem in future versions. Log Data doesn't collect your personal information such as Name, Phone number or any other critical information.
