By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Scam Finder, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

You accept full responsibility for any decisions, actions, or inactions taken based on information presented by the App.
If you do not agree with any part of this document, you must not use the Application.

It does not rely on artificial intelligence models, predictive guarantees, or continuous external surveillance.
Key characteristics:
Analyses are primarily performed locally on the user’s device.
Certain features may initiate on-demand external requests strictly triggered by user action.
No background scanning, passive monitoring, or silent data transmission occurs.
Results are heuristic risk indicators, not determinations of fact.
Scam Finder does not guarantee:
Detection of all scams or fraud attempts.
Accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of results.
Prevention of financial loss, identity theft, or harm.

Risk scores, labels, warnings, and recommendations are subjective assessments derived from predefined rule sets and publicly available signals.
You acknowledge that:
A “low risk” result does not mean safe.
A “high risk” result does not mean criminal activity has occurred.
Final judgment and responsibility rest solely with you.
You are solely responsible for:

Making final decisions regarding communication, payments, or interactions.

Scam Finder is not a substitute for:
Professional cybersecurity services

Scam Finder:
Does not require user accounts.
Does not create user profiles on servers.
Does not operate a centralized user database.
All locally stored data (including scan history, profiles, settings, and reports) is:
Stored only on the device
Encrypted using industry-standard cryptography
Fully deletable by the user via in-app controls
Certain scan types may trigger explicit, user-initiated requests to third-party services such as:
Domain registration data providers
Public breach lookup APIs
These requests:
Occur only when the user actively initiates a scan
Transmit only the minimum data required for the specific check
Are not logged, tracked, or retained by Scam Finder
Scam Finder does not control third-party services and assumes no responsibility for their availability, accuracy, or data handling practices.

To falsely accuse or defame entities
To automate or scrape third-party services via the App
Misuse may result in suspension or termination of access where technically applicable.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Scam Finder and its owner(s):
Shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
Shall not be liable for financial loss, identity theft, reputational harm, or emotional distress
Shall not be liable for missed detections or false positives
Use of the Application is entirely at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Application owner from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
Your use or misuse of the Application
Your reliance on outputs
Your violation of these terms

Any resemblance to regulated services is purely functional and does not imply certification or endorsement.
You may stop using the Application at any time.
The Application owner reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features without liability.
These terms may be updated to reflect legal, technical, or regulatory changes.
Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international principles, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.

By using Scam Finder, you confirm that:

You accept full responsibility for your decisions
