1. Kısaca
Hesap gerekmez; adınız, e-postanız veya telefon numaranız istenmez.
Tarama geçmişiniz ve ayarlarınız yalnızca telefonunuzda, şifreli olarak saklanır.
Kişisel verilerinizi satmayız.
Ücretsiz sürümde Google AdMob reklamları gösterilir (bölüm 6).
Arka planda çalışan özellikler yalnızca siz açarsanız çalışır ve her biri kapatılabilir (bölüm 4).
2. Uygulamanın yaptığı iş
Dolandırıcı Bulucu; bağlantı, mesaj, telefon numarası, QR kod, ödeme talebi ve ekran görüntülerini kural tabanlı olarak inceleyip risk işaretlerini gösterir. İsterseniz dolandırıcı aramaları ve tehlikeli siteleri de engeller. Sonuçlar bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; "düşük risk" sonucu güvenli anlamına gelmez. Önemli işlemleri her zaman resmî kanallardan ayrıca doğrulayın.
3. Sizin başlattığınız kontroller ve gönderilen veriler
Bağlantı kontrolü: Alan adı, kayıt bilgisi için herkese açık RDAP servislerine; adresin kendisi, yönlendirme ve sertifika kontrolü için ilgili siteye; alan adı, Cloudflare'in zararlı siteleri süzen DNS servisine (1.1.1.2) gönderilir.
Şifre sızıntı kontrolü: Yalnızca dokunduğunuzda çalışır. Şifrenizin kendisi değil, SHA-1 özetinin yalnızca ilk 5 karakteri Have I Been Pwned servisine gönderilir.
Ekran görüntüsü ve QR: Metin ve kod telefonda çıkarılır; görsel hiçbir yere yüklenmez.
Mesaj, telefon numarası, IBAN ve e-posta başlığı kontrolleri telefonda yapılır.
Topluluk bildirimi: Bir alan adını şüpheli olarak bildirirseniz yalnızca o alan adı, sayfa yolu ve tarama içeriği olmadan, moderasyon kuyruğumuza gönderilir.
Bu dış servisler kendi gizlilik politikalarına tabidir.
4. Arka planda çalışan özellikler (yalnızca siz açarsanız)
Ağ trafiği: Android ve iOS sürümleri VPN oluşturmaz ve diğer uygulamaların DNS veya internet trafiğini izlemez, yönlendirmez ya da engellemez. Şüpheli bağlantılar yalnızca başlattığınız kontrollerde incelenir. Önceki Android sürümündeki VPN site kalkanı kaldırılmıştır.
Resmî tehdit listesi güncellemesi: Haftada bir, Wi-Fi bağlantısında, T.C. Siber Güvenlik Başkanlığı'nın herkese açık zararlı alan adı listesi indirilir. Sizinle ilgili hiçbir bilgi gönderilmez.
Dolandırıcı arama koruması: Android'in çağrı tarama hizmetiyle kurallarınıza ve kendi numara listelerinize uyan aramaları reddeder. Arama içerikleri işlenmez; haftalık özet için yalnızca reddedilen aramaların zamanı telefonda tutulur.
Telefon güvenlik taraması: Siz başlattığınızda yüklü uygulamaların listesi ve izinleri (erişilebilirlik, cihaz yöneticisi, SMS, bildirim erişimi, diğer uygulamaların üstünde gösterme, yükleyen mağaza) riskli birleşimleri göstermek için telefonda incelenir. Liste hiçbir yere gönderilmez.
Haftalık özet: Haftada bir yerel bildirim gösterilir; hiçbir şey gönderilmez.
5. Telefonda saklanan veriler
Tarama geçmişi, listeleriniz ve ayarlarınız telefonda Android Keystore destekli şifrelemeyle saklanır; yedeklemeye ve cihaz aktarımına dahil edilmez. Uygulamayı silerek veya uygulama verilerini temizleyerek hepsini silebilirsiniz.
6. Reklamlar
Ücretsiz sürüm Google AdMob ile reklam gösterir. Google, reklam sunmak ve ölçmek için cihazın reklam kimliğini ve cihaz bilgilerini kendi politikasına göre kullanabilir. Uygulama, bulunduğunuz bölgenin gerektirdiği onay formunu gösterir; tercihinizi uygulamada Ayarlar > Gizlilik tercihleri bölümünden değiştirebilirsiniz. 7. Anonim tanılama

9. Abonelik
Premium abonelik Google Play veya App Store üzerinden yönetilir ve iptal edilene kadar kendiliğinden yenilenir. Ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz ve saklamayız.
10. Çocuklar
Uygulama 13 yaşından küçük çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamaz.
11. Sorumluluk sınırı
Uygulama yasal, finansal, siber güvenlik veya kolluk hizmeti değildir ve her dolandırıcılığı yakalayacağı garanti edilmez. Kaçırılan tespitler, yanlış alarmlar ve bunlara dayanarak verilen kararlardan doğan zararlar için, yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Uygulamanın kodu, kuralları ve tasarımı geliştiriciye aittir; tersine mühendislik, değiştirme ve yeniden dağıtım yasaktır. Uygulamayı yasa dışı amaçlarla, taciz veya başkalarını haksız yere suçlamak için kullanmayın.

1. In short
No account is needed; we never ask for your name, email or phone number.
Your scan history and settings stay on your phone, encrypted.
We do not sell personal data.
The free version shows Google AdMob ads (section 6).
Background features run only if you turn them on, and each can be turned off (section 4).
2. What the app does
Dolandırıcı Bulucu applies rules to links, messages, phone numbers, QR codes, payment requests and screenshots and shows the risk signs it finds. If you choose, it also blocks scam calls and dangerous websites. Results are for information only; a "low risk" result does not mean safe. Always confirm important actions through official channels.
3. Checks you start, and what is sent
Link check: the domain goes to public RDAP services for registration data; the address itself to the site for redirect and certificate checks; the domain to Cloudflare's malware-filtering DNS service (1.1.1.2).
Password breach check: runs only when you tap it. Only the first 5 characters of the password's SHA-1 hash are sent to Have I Been Pwned, never the password.
Screenshots and QR codes: text and codes are extracted on the phone; the image is never uploaded.
Message, phone number, IBAN and email header checks run on the phone.
Community report: if you report a domain as suspicious, only that domain, without the page path or scan content, is sent to our moderation queue.
These external services follow their own privacy policies.
4. Features that run in the background (only if you turn them on)
Network traffic: neither Android nor iOS creates a VPN or monitors, redirects or blocks other apps' DNS or internet traffic. Suspicious links are assessed only when you start a check. The VPN site shield from earlier Android releases has been removed.
Official threat list update: about once a week, on Wi-Fi, the public malicious domain list of the Presidency of Cyber Security of Türkiye is downloaded. Nothing about you is sent.
Scam call protection: uses Android's call screening service to reject calls that match your rules and your own phone lists. Call content is not processed; only the times of rejected calls are kept on the phone for the weekly summary.
Phone security scan: when you start it, the list of installed apps and their permissions (accessibility, device administrator, SMS, notification access, display over other apps, installing store) is examined on the phone to point out risky combinations. The list is never sent.
Weekly summary: a local notification once a week; nothing is sent.
5. Data kept on the phone
Scan history, your lists and settings are encrypted on the phone with Android Keystore-backed keys and excluded from backup and device transfer. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes all of it.
6. Ads
The free version shows ads through Google AdMob. Google may use the device's advertising ID and device information to serve and measure ads under its own policy. The app shows the consent form your region requires; change your choice under Settings > Privacy choices. Details: https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads
7. Anonymous diagnostics
Off by default. If you turn it on, only fixed event counts (for example "app opened") are sent; never content, links, phone numbers, images, results or a device identifier.
8. Permissions
Camera: to scan QR codes.
Notifications: alerts and the weekly summary.
Call screening role: scam call protection.
Query installed apps: the phone security scan.
Permissions are requested when needed and can always be revoked in the phone's settings.
9. Subscription
Premium is managed through Google Play or the App Store and renews until cancelled. We never see or store your payment details.
10. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from children.
11. Limitation of liability
The app is not a legal, financial, cybersecurity or law-enforcement service and is not guaranteed to catch every scam. To the extent the law allows, no liability is accepted for missed detections, false alarms or decisions based on them. The app's code, rules and design belong to the developer; reverse engineering, modification and redistribution are prohibited. Do not use the app for illegal purposes, harassment or false accusations.
