Required by Android system to scan nearby Bluetooth devices.

INTERNET – Required for ads, analytics, and app updates.
FOREGROUND_SERVICE – To maintain active Bluetooth connection when app is running.
VIBRATE – For device alerts or feedback (if enabled by user).
All permissions are used only for core app functionality and not for data collection.
