This privacy policy applies to the SBOG app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by SBOG Team (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".

The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g., IP address), the pages of the Application that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages, the time spent on the Application, and the operating system you use on your mobile device.
The Application does not collect precise location data from your mobile device.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you occasionally with important updates, notices, or promotions.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may request certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to your username. The information provided will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access
The Application uses Multipeer Connectivity to enable local multiplayer features and Core ML for image recognition within the game. No other third-party analytics or tracking services are used.
The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process; when the Service Provider believes in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; or with trusted service providers who work on their behalf and agree to follow this privacy policy.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application. Use the standard uninstall processes available on your mobile device or app marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
User Provided data will be retained for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like your data deleted, please contact us at Faialradhi@gmail.com.
Children
The Service Provider does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If a child under 13 provides personal information, it will be deleted immediately. Parents or guardians can contact the Service Provider at Faialradhi@gmail.com to request deletion.
