Setup Canvas Deep Linking feature
Canvas has implemented a LTI Deep Linking flow that can return back multiple items instead of only one at a time. The new Deep Linking feature will also create all Savvas items as Canvas Assignments.
Canvas has two additional new Deep Linking placements in the:
Assignments page
Modules Pages
To add the Deep Linking features your school district will need to add the following Placements in the Savvas Realize Course Connect Developer Key in Canvas:
Course Assignments Menu
Module Index Menu Modal
For both placements use the following settings:
Select Message Type: LTIDeepLinkingRequest
Text: Savvas Realize Course Connect
Selection Height: 800
Selection Width: 1200
