Roleplay Regulations

1. No Fail RP.
2. No RDM (Random Death Match) or VDM (Vehicle Death Match). Everyone is expected to value the life of their character and should not get themselves into situations they don't want to be in that would endanger their lives. There must be RP behind every action, this means no killing/attacking without pretext or context.
3. No Cop Baiting. This includes driving back and forth in front of a scene multiple times or stopping and revving your engine trying to generate a response.
4. No Meta-Gaming.
5. No military RP without permission.
5a. Racist Terrorism RP, that ends with death of other players, or self, will result in Ban.
6. Do not abuse Out of Character chat/OOC. This is for quick questions or responses not conversations.
7. No softcore/hardcore ERP.
7a. Rape, Molestation, Intercourse is STRICTLY Prohibited in emote, text, twitter/Instagram and/or Chat
8. Racism is STRICKLY Prohibited in text and/or Chat.
8a. Hate speech or derogatory language will not be tolerated. Everyone is here to RP and enjoy their time, If you are found to be insulting, belittling or threating others to the point it breaks the RP you will be banned.
9. Do not send invites or advertise for other RP servers. This involves streaming other servers or playing other servers while in our discord.
10. No more than 5 vehicles spawned per person per RP.
11. You must register your characters and vehicles in cad, including a picture for your character, residence location and information regarding your vehicles make/model/color.
12. Team speak is for emergency personnel only, if you are in a department and have been given access to the team speak you are only permitted to use it while on duty. If you are found to be in RTO while off duty your department will be notified and action will be taken. This also applies for opening team speak and checking if there are emergency personnel online for the purpose of meta gaming.
13. Never 10-22/Pause a scene as that is a permission only given to staff and even then they are only allowed to use it when absolutely necessary. This is a HARDCORE RP server, that means no matter what happens we have to roll with it. If AI gets in your way or desync causes your vehicle to break you must continue the RP whether its in your favor or not.
14. Members are permitted to use /dv only if a vehicle is glitching/bugged or a vehicle is blocking the spawn point of a business.
15. RP like you would in real life and use real life physics. E.x Getting into an accident you wouldn't get back up and walk away, Same for getting tased by one of our officers. most people comply to a successful taser. Your not that guy that it doesn't work on.
15a. If you are claiming "dead" then you must delete your character after the scene. Otherwise a miracle happens and you can be detained/jailed etc.
16. We have a chain of command, Moderator, Admin, Directors, Founder, Owner. Not the other way around. there is a reason for this rule so please respect it.
17. No external menu's or client sided Scripts are allowed. Our anti cheat will ban you and you will have to submit a ban appeal.
18. Do not ping Cougar unless the world is ending. Follow the chain of command, cougar should be the last one to hear about an issue.
19. Vehicles are to be kept at a realistic standard, If you are in possession of a tuning laptop it is your responsibility to maintain this. If abuse is found the laptop will be taken off the individual. Please keep the extreme speeds to the multiple race/drag tracks in the server.
20. Combat logging/cop logging is strictly prohibited. If you are found to be exiting the game to avoid items being stolen on death or capture by law enforcement you are subject to punishment. Do not get yourself involved with RP if you do not have time to deal with the potential consequences. However we do understand things come up irl and people might need to leave suddenly. If this is the case communication is your best friend, if a staff member has to track you down to ask why you left it will not go in your favor.
20a. If you crash or time out when involved in an incident you must respawn at last position and you can let others know your position in /ooc chat if the scene has moved.
21. Specialty vehicles (drag, monster, formula 1, nascar and derby ) are only to be driven on the race tracks provided around the city. These vehicles may be taken to car shows on trailers but are not to be driven on public roads. This includes test drives from dealerships.

SAVRP offers a large variety of options for our roleplayers to see, find, and experience. We constantly strive to bring the best scripts and maps to the server and make updates almost daily. We encourage each of you to seek out locations and find what our world has to offer on your own or through RP conversations with other players.
To give a brief summery of what you could find in server:
Emergency Services - This is FiveM afterall... SAVRP offers all forms of Emergency Services that you would typically find in a County. We base our penal code off of LA County as that's where the game is based off. You might find a Sheriff kicking in your door on a drug raid after you tried to be a cartel lord... or HWP chasing you down on the freeway after clocking you at 150MPH. You could run into a Paramedic with the BCMC, giving chest compressions to stop the death of a player shot 17 times, or Fire stopping the Yellowjack from burning down for the 42108 time.
AI Peds and Animals - We take serious pride in our AI elements here at SAVRP. You can constantly find something happening in our world in means of AI and the lives they themselves live. If you are LEO, you can fully interact with them and they might lead you on a fun chase. For Civs, you could find yourself having a beer with one or going hunting in the peaceful mountains of San Andreas... Watch out for those Danger Kitties!
Jobs - SAVRP offers 20+ non whitelisted jobs, that you find in all 3 of the job centers located around San Andreas. Each job has been balanced and offers a safe and legal way to earn money in the server. There are additional Whitelisted jobs that can be applied for via the applications tab in our discord.
Dealerships - With over 2000 (and continuing to add more daily) addon vehicles, the world is vast in terms of what car you might want to drive at any particular moment. Save up your money and head down to one of our AI dealer locations or see if a SAVRP sanctioned dealer is currently available to get a better deal.
Real Estate - Through a very agonizing 2 months worth of work, SAVRP offers EVERY home/apartment/trailer etc. for purchase. You can find all properties within the properties tab of this website. All houses are either MLO'ed or IPL'ed - with even opportunities to fully customize the interior of most! Use your hard earned money and work your way to a luxury mansion in the Vinewood Hills!
Business Management - From 24/7s, to Bars, to Mechanic Shops - There are 100+ locations that are ownable and manageable. Be your own boss, keep inventory stock on items in your stores and make supply runs around the valley and cash in on those profits! Grow your stores through upgrades, Hire other players, sell only the worst products, the world is yours! Have a store idea that we dont have in server - let us know, and we will either script one for you or allow the RP.
Illegal Activates - Want to take a walk on the wild side. Like earning quick dirty money and getting the adrenaline rush - well, we have all that too! Most stores can be robbed one way or another, banks, random money truck deliveries, or get hired by a player to do some dirty work. As long as it stays in line with our server rules, go forth you criminal scums!
EXTREAMLY Active Staff and Ownership Team - If there's a problem, You can wage your bets in the direction of a staff member or executive team member being able to handle it - any time of the day. We are a multi-national server, which gives us leverage across all time zones. If there's an issue with a player or with a script, our staff will be able to resolve it!
Our staff is here to help in any way necessary, this includes making judgements involving RP issues and server rules. If you do not like those decisions you may file a complaint afterwards but follow their direction until then. This is a realistic RP server. You should attempt to RP out every situation in a realistic way. This includes car crashes, murders (Murder is not RDM/VDM) and pulling out large weapons (do not pull large weapons out without RPing them). Most Importantly - Value your character's life and act as your character would if they were real. This includes driving realistically. This is not GTA online. Not every RP needs to involve cops and if you can't RP without cops maybe you just can't RP. Breaking any of these rules or the spirit of them will result in proper repercussions. This includes warnings, kicks and bans. We are all here to have a good time and RP. Please keep this in mind at all times. Be safe and try to have fun. Thank You.
