회사는 원칙적으로 개인정보 수집 및 이용 목적이 달성된 후에는 해당 정보를 지체 없이 파기합니다. 파기절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
파기절차: 이용자가 입력한 정보는 목적이 달성된 후 별도의 DB로 옮겨져(종이의 경우 별도의 서류함) 내부 방침 및 기타 관련 법령에 의한 정보보호 사유에 따라(보유 및 이용 기간 참조) 일정 기간 저장된 후 파기됩니다.
파기방법: 전자적 파일 형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적 방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.
회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 원칙적으로 외부에 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 아래의 경우에는 예외로 합니다.
이용자들이 사전에 동의한 경우
법령의 규정에 의거하거나, 수사 목적으로 법령에 정해진 절차와 방법에 따라 수사기관의 요구가 있는 경우
이용자는 언제든지 등록되어 있는 자신의 개인정보를 조회하거나 수정할 수 있으며 계정 삭제를 요청할 수도 있습니다. 계정 삭제를 원하시는 경우 앱 내 설정 기능을 통해 직접 탈퇴하시거나 개발자에게 연락하여 처리할 수 있습니다.
회사는 맞춤형 광고 제공을 위해 광고 식별자를 수집 및 활용할 수 있습니다. 이용자는 스마트폰의 설정 기능을 통해 광고 식별자 제공을 거부할 수 있습니다.
Android: 설정 → 개인정보보호 → 광고 → 광고 ID 재설정 또는 광고 ID 삭제
iOS: 설정 → 개인정보보호 및 보안 → 추적 → 앱이 추적을 요청하도록 허용 끄기
단, 광고 식별자 수집을 거부할 경우 맞춤형 광고가 아닌 일반 광고가 노출될 수 있습니다.

본 문서는 InsightCrayon이 개발하고 서비스하는 SaveTheFluffy 앱 이용자의 계정 및 개인 데이터 삭제 절차에 대해 안내합니다.
1. 계정 삭제 요청 방법 및 절차
이용자는 이메일을 통해 계정 및 관련 데이터의 완전한 삭제를 요청할 수 있습니다. 아래 절차를 따라주십시오.
1) 삭제 요청 이메일 발송
수신 이메일 주소: insightcrayon@gmail.com
이메일 제목: [SaveTheFluffy] 계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청
필수 기재 내용:
SaveTheFluffy 계정으로 사용하는 Google 이메일 주소
요청 사항: "계정 및 모든 관련 데이터의 영구 삭제를 요청합니다."
2) 본인 확인 및 처리
요청이 접수되면, 저희는 기재된 Google 이메일 주소를 통해 본인 여부를 확인합니다.
본인 확인이 완료된 후, 즉시 데이터 삭제 절차를 시작합니다. 처리에는 영업일 기준 약 3~5일이 소요될 수 있습니다.
3) 처리 완료 통보
모든 데이터 삭제가 완료되면, 요청하신 이메일로 처리 완료 안내 메일을 보내드립니다.
2. 삭제되는 데이터와 보관되는 데이터
계정 삭제 요청 시 처리되는 데이터의 범위는 다음과 같습니다.
즉시 영구 삭제되는 데이터:
계정 정보: 이용자 식별을 위한 Google 계정 고유 ID
게임 데이터: 게임 진행 상황, 점수, 기록 등 모든 인게임 데이터
서비스 이용 기록: 앱 접속 기록, 광고 시청 기록 등 서비스 이용과 관련된 모든 로그 데이터
법적 의무에 따라 일정 기간 보관 후 파기되는 데이터:
대상 데이터: 광고 제거 등 인앱 결제에 대한 거래 기록
보관 사유: 전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률 등 관련 법령에 따른 보관 의무
보관 기간: 거래일로부터 5년
※ 중요: 위 보관 데이터를 제외한 모든 개인 식별 정보 및 게임 데이터는 요청 즉시 영구적으로 파기되며, 일단 삭제된 데이터는 절대로 복구할 수 없습니다.

Your Google email address used for the SaveTheFluffy account.
A clear statement, such as: "I request the permanent deletion of my account and all associated data."

Upon receiving your request, we will verify your identity using the provided Google email address.
Once verified, we will initiate the data deletion process. This may take approximately 3-5 business days.
Step 3: Confirmation
After the deletion is complete, we will send a confirmation message to the email address from which you sent the request.
2. Data Deletion and Retention Policy
When you request an account deletion, the following applies:
Data That Will Be Permanently Deleted Immediately:
Account Information: Your unique Google Account ID used for identification.
Game Data: All in-game data, including your progress, scores, and history.
Service Usage Records: All logs related to your service use, such as access logs and ad interaction history.
Data That Will Be Retained for a Specific Period:
Type of Data: Transaction records related to in-app purchases (e.g., for ad removal).
Reason for Retention: To comply with legal and financial obligations (e.g., Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.).
Retention Period: 5 years from the date of the transaction.
※ IMPORTANT: All personally identifiable information and game data, excluding the legally required retention data mentioned above, will be permanently destroyed upon your request and cannot be recovered under any circumstances.
