Eggpocalypse — PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Eggpocalypse ("the App",
"we", "us") collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the App you agree to
this policy.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Gameplay data stored on your device. Your progress, high scores, coins, upgrades,
settings, and unlocked items are saved locally on your device. This data never leaves
your device unless you submit a leaderboard score (see below).
- Display name (optional). If you choose to appear on the global leaderboard, the
nickname you enter is sent to our leaderboard service and shown publicly next to your
score. Don't enter personal information as your name.
- Anonymous player identifier. To keep one leaderboard entry per device we create a
random, anonymous account id. It is not linked to your name, email, phone number, or
any real-world identity.
- Score metadata. When you submit a score we also send the run's wave reached, kill
count, and duration so we can detect implausible (cheated) scores.
- Advertising data. If you choose to watch an ad (for example to revive or to double
your coins) or see an ad between levels, our advertising partner (Google AdMob) may
collect a device advertising identifier and related data to serve and measure ads.
We do NOT collect your name, email, contacts, photos, precise location, or health data,
and we do not require you to create an account.
2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION
- To save and restore your game progress on your device.
- To operate global and daily leaderboards and show your ranking.
- To detect and reject cheated or spammed scores.
- To show advertisements and measure their performance.
3. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We share the limited data above only with service providers that help us run the App:

4. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is rated for players aged 13 and older and is not directed to children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a
child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
5. YOUR CHOICES & DATA DELETION
- You can play fully offline; without submitting a score, no data leaves your device.
- You can reset all local data anytime from Settings → Reset Progress in the App.
- You can limit ad tracking via your device settings (iOS: Allow Apps to Request to
Track; Android: Reset/Delete advertising ID).
- To request deletion of a submitted leaderboard entry and its anonymous id, email us
with the display name you used.
6. DATA RETENTION
Leaderboard scores are retained to operate the boards; daily boards rotate. Local data
persists on your device until you reset progress or uninstall the App.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date
above.
