Every journey starts with a spark that you can never ignore. For me, it lit up right here in Santa Monica, California. I’m Savannah Ryan, and this ocean-soaked town is home. The salty air keeps me curious and dreaming up what’s next.
As a kid, I loved cheering people on. It took me a while to realize I needed to root for myself, too. By fifteen, I was already coaching hundreds of girls in cheer and dance. That role showed me something huge, i.e., confidence is contagious. Watching those girls try new things, mess up, get back up, and celebrate their wins taught me what real leadership feels like.
My path’s never been neat or predictable. I follow my gut, even when it throws me into unfamiliar territory. Every job I’ve held has been about connecting, shaking things up, and going all-in with heart.
Shark Tank cracked my world open. Working as an Executive Assistant on the show, surrounded by some of the sharpest business minds around, changed the way I see myself.
The mentors there drilled it into me: confidence isn’t about being the loudest voice in the room. It’s about trusting yourself, knowing your value, and having something real to say.
That time didn’t just boost my resume. It changed how I saw myself. I stopped thinking of myself as “just” an assistant. I realized I could lead, build, and actually move the needle. Shark Tank pushed me to dive into the business and tech world with a sense of purpose.
After that, I wanted to build something that mattered to me. That’s how Storytale Marketing came to life. I started from scratch, focused on helping businesses tell stories that actually connect.
In a year, Storytale blew past half a million in revenue, way beyond what I had pictured. Honestly, the real win was working with clients like Nanotech Energy, Blacklight Surgical, and ALTOUR. Helping their stories come alive reminded me why I started all this.
When Storytale took off, I wanted to open doors for other people, especially women in tech and folks who don’t always get a shot. That’s how GoFasti started. As co-founder and CEO, I set out to connect talented software developers in Latin America with companies looking for real skills.
GoFasti isn’t just business for me. It’s a mission to give people a fair shot, no matter where they’re from. I believe great businesses break down barriers and pull people together. That’s what keeps me moving every day.
However, my story keeps evolving. Now, I’m Vice President of Corporate Finance at Integra Capital, where I focus on clean energy and building a better future. I work with partners from all over, pushing for projects that actually help the planet.
This job pulls together teamwork, storytelling, and daring to try something new. I’ve seen firsthand that when you connect people to a purpose, amazing things happen. If there’s one lesson I keep coming back to, it’s this: purpose gives you power.
Courage isn’t a one-time thing; it grows with every bold step. My journey proves that real innovation always starts with people and heart and asking “why” never gets old. I’ve jumped into the unknown, faced tough moments, and carved out my own path.
Every time, the same truth comes back around: lead with kindness, believe in your purpose, and lift others along the way. That’s how you build something that lasts.
I’m Savannah Ryan, a dreamer, a builder, and someone who believes in what’s possible. My story’s never just been about business. It’s about courage, connection, and holding on to your “why.” When you lead with purpose, you don’t just change your story; you light a spark in someone else.
