After School Program 2024-2025
Open to students in 3rd grade and up.
THE AFTER SCHOOL PROGRAM:
There will be two different crews for the 2024-2025 school year. Each crew will have 12 recording sessions to make their own unique and inspiring video. Students will meet after school on Friday afternoons until 6:15. During the recording sessions students will:
discuss and plan the video theme or purpose
help set up and take down equipment
develop, practice, and perform actions needed for various sections of the video
gather and create the props and setting needed for recording
BENEFITS OF BEING IN A SAVAGE PANDA VIDEO:
When you are in a Savage Panda Productions video you will work together with a team to:
create the content to go with the music, theme, and story for the video
plan the sequence of events and shots needed
use various verbal and nonverbal communication skills to communicate video message
practice and perform actions that support the video objective
In addition, you will:
learn that doing something good takes time, practice, and repetition
know what goes on behind the scenes while making a video
learn that extended effort leads to success
become a creator of content
have fun making a motivational video
appear in a video that can be shared with friends and family
make memories that will last a lifetime
