Dr. Saurabh Sambhav is an Assistant Professor (2018 to date) at Amity School of Engineering & Technology (ASET), Amity University Patna Campus, India. He has teaching and research experience of more than ten years and industrial experience (Germany) of one year. He is currently also serving as an editor of the Springer Nature Series (SpringerBriefs in Applied Sciences & Technology) and CRC Press (Taylor & Francis). He completed his doctorate under the guidance of Dr. Jayanta Ghosh at the National Institute of Technology (NIT) Patna and pursued his integrated master’s course at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Dhanbad, India. He is the convener of an International Conference on Innovative Science Engineering & Technology (ICISTECH). Recently, he served as session chair at the International Conference at NIT Patna (ICCET’23) and at the International Conference (ICBS'22) in Indonesia. He is an Active Reviewer of IEEE Microwave Magazine, IEEE- Antenna & Wave Propagation Letters (AWPL), IEEE Computer Society, and Soft Computing Research Society (SCRS). He has published over 15 papers (SCI & Scopus-indexed) in international and national journals, including IEEE Transactions in Electromagnetic Compatibility (TEMC), Wiley Library, Springer Nature, PIER, IEEE Xplore, JAP, etc. He is having 2 springer nature books along with two other books. He has published 1 patent in the field of RF & Microwave and 3 patents in the field of IoT (Internet of Things), out of which 1 patent has been examined and is in the process of being granted. He is the keynote speaker at various faculty development programs at Amity University, India, and GG University, India. He is a Member of the Technical Committee at various conferences of EAI Transactions, Springer Nature, and IEEE Proceedings. Dr. Sambhav has guided almost 15 students, and currently, several UG/PG students are working under him. He was an examiner cum evaluator at the Indian Government Event ‘Toycathon’ in 2021-22 (an inter-ministerial initiative by MHRD, MSME, and AICTE). He was nominated for the Young Scientist Award (2021) for one of his works. He qualified for Gate-EC in the years 2014, 2015 & 2017) and qualified for UGC NET (National Eligibility Test) in Electronic Science as an Assistant Professor in 2017.
