Overview

I am a third-year PhD student in Machine Learning at Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). I am advised by Prof. Barnabás Póczos. I work in the field of meta-learning theory, am primarily interested in automating the process of creating machine learning models. To do so, we use meta-learning methods that learn from related tasks seen previously and generalize to newer tasks.

I completed my MS in CS specialising in AI from Stanford University in 2024 and completed my BTech with Honors in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay (IITB) in 2022. I love playing tennis and social dancing. I founded and am currently president of a dance club at CMU called Tartan West Coast Swing.
