Post-doctoral Fellows
Dr. Abhimanyu Sharma (2023 - 2025)
Abhimanyu is an Institute Post-doctoral Fellow in the Water Resources Engineering Section of the Department of Civil Engineering. He completed his Ph.D. in 2020 from the School of Civil Engineering at Indian Institute of Technology Mandi, INDIA. He is currently working on developing a numerical framework of the Dual Permeability Non-Equilibrium (DPNE) model for transport processes in subsurface media.
Doctoral Research Scholars
Shruti Jain (2023 - present)
Shruti is working on numerical modeling of multi-phase, multi-species, density-dependent flow and transport phenomena in subsurface media.
Co-supervisor: Prof. B. R. Chahar
Pakhi Priyam (2024 - present)
Pakhi is working on numerical modeling of shallow water flows, focusing on the development of porosity shallow water models for urban floods.
