All challenges are specific to the Saucon Valley Area.
No person(s) may remove, deface, or destroy any scavenger hunt clues, private property, or any other property that is participating in the scavenger hunt
All participants must adhere to all traffic and pedestrian laws and rules while participating in the scavenger hunt
All participants must respect the property and privacy of others while participating in the scavenger hunt.
All participants will adhere and respect the policies of any local business, committee, township, or any other official that is participating in the scavenger hunt. This includes but is not limited to:
a. Business operating hours
No clues or answers will be inside or onsite of any business locations during off hours. DO NOT go on the premises of any private property during these times.
b. Local ordinances
c. Private property or other restricted areas.
Any individual that has been determined to violate any of the rules or policies of any entity that is participating in the event will be disqualified.
Each challenge in the event has been given a point value (Determined by the host). The winning individual will be the participant that receives the highest score.
In the event of a tie, the participant that obtained their points faster will be deemed the winner (All challenges are time stamped and will be determined by the host)
Many challenges are GPS enabled, which will require you to physically go to a location to complete a challenge.
The organizer reserves the right to disqualify ANY participant for ANY reason, including but not limited to cheating, unsportsmanlike behavior, disobeying local ordinances, disobeying local business rules, etc.
All decisions made by the organizer are final.
Any one individual can only win one of the three prizes.
Prizes will be given to winners within 30 days of the events completion.
By participating in the scavenger hunt, all participants agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
