Terms and Conditions:
In the following terms & conditions “the photographer” shall mean Satyam Photography. “The clients” shall be those persons defined as bride and/or groom on the form above. These terms & conditions cannot be varied in any way by the clients unless such conditions are expressly agreed to by the photographer in writing.
Payment Term
1. A booking fee will confirm your booking, as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the photographer's website. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client's chosen package when calculating the final balance due.
2. Payment in full of the remaining balance will be due two weeks before the wedding day.
3. Additional goods ordered must be paid for in full at the time of ordering.
4. Titles to all goods remain with the photographer until paid for in full by the client(s)
The payment module will be
50% Booking Amount
30% After the shoot, within 7 days to start the post-production.
20% at the time of photos delivery.
Delivery Timeline
1. Couples will get a set of 10 photos after 10-15 days after the shoot completion, then the raw data will be delivered within 30 days of the shoot. The client has to provide their hard drive for the RAW data collection.
2. Edited Photos & Videos will be delivered within 3 months with editing & online album. (Time taken by the client for the verification will not be counted in our deadlines)
3. For the printed album, couples have to select the photographs. (*It will take 30 days for album designing & printing after providing the selection)
4. The client will get all the raw data in a hard drive/pen drive provided by the client or via Google Drive (Photo only).
5. Travel & accommodation for the team will be arranged by the client for outstations.
6. In case of postponement of the wedding or shoot because of govt. guidelines, the advance amount will be carried forward to further dates.
7. The Photographs & the Videos we shoot during the event will be copyrighted to our agency only and can be used on our website & social media handles for promotional purposes.
8. If the client puts the project on hold for one year from the event/wedding date, then the agency (L.I.F.) will not be responsible for any kind of data loss. So please collect the raw data from us within the timeline.
9. We welcome your ideas in your film, so please share your suggestions in advance or valuable feedback within 3 days after delivery.
10. After the delivery of edited Photos & Videos, couples can let us know their feedback within 3 days so that our team can make the required changes within the given timeline. Later on, it will be a time taking process according to our availability & could be additionally chargeable.
Postponement Policy:
In case of postponement of the wedding or the event:
1. Postpone prior to 40 days from the event, the complete amount will be carried forward to the next date.
2. Postpone within 40 days from the event, which might cost you 10-15 % additional expenses
Reschedule Policy:
1. If You Wish to Reschedule Your Shoot Date (Change Your Shoot Date),
2. You Must Give Us 7 Days Prior Notice, We Will Surely Reschedule Your Shoot Date Once Only Subject To The Availability of the Next Date.
3. If You Fail to Do So Your Full Booking Amount Will Be Lost.
Cancellations Policy:
1. For Cancellations, please contact us via the contact us.
2. Requests received later than 15 business days prior to the end of the current service period will be treated as cancellation of services for the next service period.
Refund Policy
1. We will try our best to create suitable design concepts for our clients.
2. In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund.
3. If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.
Copyright Policy:
1. The Agency retains the entire copyright on the Photographs, Films, and other works at all times, throughout the world.
2. Where reproduction of works has taken place without informing the agency (L.I.F.) and settlement has not been made, the Agency will make such charges to the publisher of those images/films as falls within the Copyright Act 1957.
3. As the agency holds the complete copyright to the Photos & Videos, they can be used on our website & social media platforms for promotional purposes.
