Gandhinagar - National Research Project's Research Coordination Support in Satara Led by Shri. Satish Shende
Satara, 23rd July: A group of 30 students from Satara has successfully completed a research project in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
The students engaged in an action research project on Augmented Learning, under a national research initiative by the Indian Council of Social Science Research (ICSSR). This project was spearheaded by the Vidyadeep Foundation and Maharshi Karve Mahila Vidyalaya in Satara. The research focused on integrating modern mobile banking and information technology into educational processes, aiming to establish new pilot policies based on their findings.
Under the guidance of Dr. Sameer Sahastrabuddhe, Professor of Practice at IIT Gandhinagar, this project was implemented across three states in India. The research coordination and support in Satara were facilitated by Shri Satish Shende, Prof. Dr. Deepak Tatpuje, Dr. Kalyani Bartakke, Dr. Anjali Salunkhe, and Prin. Vidhate Sir.
Participating students, including Shravani Bachal and Anushka Chavan, expressed their delight in being part of a project associated with a prestigious national institute. They acknowledged the significance of this opportunity and were pleased to receive certificates recognizing their contribution to the research.
This research project not only provided valuable insights into the application of technology in education but also offered a unique learning experience for the students involved.
