Henry has been serving the community through his insurance expertise since starting the agency in 1978. He specializes in auto, home, life, and Medicare/Medicaid insurance. He has enjoyed watching his family grow up in the greater Southington area. Sports, travel and his girlfriend Georgianna are how he spends his time away from the office.
Tom
Agency Owner & Licensed Insurance Agent
Tom took over the agency from his father Henry in 1991. He specializes in commercial insurance and enjoys helping local business owners with growing their business. He enjoys riding dirt bikes, eating sushi and walking his dog, Oscar.
Pam
Licensed Insurance Agent & Customer Service Representative
Pam is Henry's daughter and is an experienced customer service specialist. Pam enjoys spending time with her grandchildren as well as long walks on the canal. Her and her husband (Wayne) love to travel and are frequent visitors of Florida and South Carolina.

Licensed Insurance Agent & Customer Service Representative
April has been a friend of Tom and the Sardilli's since long before she started working at the agency. In her downtime, she enjoys scrap booking, skiing, and jet skiing on the Connecticut River. Her husband (Fred) and two dogs (Jed & Scarlett) are the loves of her life. If you'd called the agency you've probably spoken to her once or twice!
Dan
Licensed Insurance Agent & Customer Service Representative
Dan has started in 2019 and is the third generation from the Sardilli family to work at the business. He is passionate about helping families, playing sports (he still plays ice hockey) and his dog Lucy. He is a leader at the SPARC young professionals group and he enjoys playing golf around the state but especially at Hawk's Landing Country Club in Southington - call him to play a round there!
