Winter Formal Saturday 12/6 

@ the Plex 7pm-10pm

• Tickets may be purchased online during Thanksgiving break

• Permission form can be e-signed when purchased online 

• All SHS students need a permission form signed by their parent/guardian prior to buying a ticket

• All guests will need a guest pass form filled out and signed by guest's school administrator prior to buying a ticket

             -Guests will pay the w/o ASB ticket price 

• Tickets may be purchased on the SHS Webstore

All forms can be picked up in the Activities Office

• Plan adequate time to get required signatures 

Please Note: Transportation will not be provided to the venue.

ASB $110/No ASB $130

The last day to purchase a ticket is December 4th by 3:00pm.
