This Privacy Policy applies to the Saral Path mobile application (the "Application") developed by Rutilant Technology Pvt. Ltd (the "Service Provider") and provided as a free service.
The Application does not directly collect, store, process, share, or transmit any personal or non-personal data from users.
No personal information (such as name, email, or phone number) is requested by the Application
No precise or approximate location data is collected by the Application itself
No usage data or in-app analytics are tracked by the Application itself
No data is stored locally on the device or on servers operated by the Service Provider
The Application does, however, use third-party advertising and app-configuration services (Google AdMob and Firebase) that automatically collect limited device identifiers, as described in the "Advertising" and "Third-Party Services" sections below.
Users can use the Application without providing any information.
The Application displays advertisements to support the free service. Ads are served using Google AdMob (Google LLC), a third-party advertising service. AdMob automatically collects and transmits a device identifier ("Device or other IDs," including the Android Advertising ID), along with limited non-personal information such as general device information, approximate location (derived from IP address), and ad interaction data. This data is used solely to serve, measure, and improve ads, in accordance with Google's own privacy and advertising policies.
The Service Provider does not access, store, or control any data collected by Google AdMob. Users are encouraged to review Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and Google's advertising policy at https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads for more information on how ad-related data is handled, and may opt out of personalized advertising through their device settings.
In addition to Google AdMob, the Application uses Firebase (a Google service) for basic app configuration (Remote Config). Firebase may collect limited technical and device data as described in Google's Privacy Policy above. Apart from these Google services used for advertising and app configuration, the Application does not use any other third-party services that collect user data on behalf of the Service Provider. No user data is shared by the Service Provider with advertisers, analytics providers, or external services beyond what is described in this policy.
Since the Application does not collect or store user data, there is no data retention by the Service Provider.
The Application does not knowingly collect any information from users of any age, including children under the age of 13. The Application is not directed at children, and Google AdMob is configured to serve ads in compliance with applicable child protection laws, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Google Play's Families Policy. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the Application, please contact us using the details below so we can address the matter.
As the Application does not collect or store personal data, there is no risk of misuse or unauthorized access to user data by the Service Provider.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in the Application, applicable laws, or the practices of our advertising partners. Any changes will be reflected on this page along with a revised "Effective date." Continued use of the Application after changes are posted will indicate acceptance of the updated policy.
