1. Find or clear a large space for this activity. Ask your learners to spread themselves out in your space. Remind them to keep their personal space bubbles intact, and ensure that everyone is close enough to hear your instructions.

3. Say "Walk." Encourage your students to move through the space. Remind them how to walk in a neutral pose (upright with arms loosely by sides) and at a moderate pace, if necessary.
