3. Announce that you're going to get to know each other by playing a game! Share that the player in the center of the circle is It. When a player is It, they must say the phrase, "Learners like me..." and complete it with a trait they possess, an interest or talent they have, a fact about themself, etc. that other players might share. For example, It might say, "Learners like me love to read!" or "Learners like me have a dog!" Explain that all players to whom It's statement applies must leave their spots in the circle and walk (you may need to emphasize that players need to walk, not run) to an empty spot somewhere else. Note that they cannot take the spots immediately next to them! Also note that they need to respect everyone's personal space bubbles; no pushing or bumping allowed! Whichever player is left without a spot in the circle becomes It for the next round. If the player left without a spot was It in the round immediately prior, they can choose anyone in the circle to swap places with them.
