1. Find or clear a large space for this exercise. Ask your students to join you in forming a large circle in the space, being mindful of their bubbles of personal space. All learners should be facing the inside of the circle.

2. Tell your students that you want to sing a song! Share that there are some movements that go with the song and explain that you want to practice the movements before you start singing. Make sure that everyone has plenty of space; everyone should be able to extend their arms to their sides without touching another person.
