I am a first-year PhD student at UC San Diego, advised by Gail Heyman in the Social Cognitive Development Lab. 

Broadly, I am interested in understanding the psychological implications of generative AI in education, including students' perceptions of and use of AI chatbots, how social norms and developmental factors shape their engagement with these technologies, and how to design responsible AI systems grounded in learning sciences.
