I reserve the right to refuse a commission request, even for reasons not included in this list. This is quite rare for me to do, however.
Also, if you are unsure if a request falls on okay or not, you can simply ask me in an email, and I will let you know if I would accept such a commission.

Do not pay before I have confirmed with you via email that I accept the commission. I cannot guarantee a refund if I don't accept the commission, so please only pay once I have clearly accepted your commission request
I may publically post the commissioned piece online. I may also use it in my portfolio if I so wish.
Contact Info & Procedure:
All communications, including the initial request you send me, will be through my email, sarah_draws@outlook.com.
If you have image(s) that can be used as reference for your creature, please provide it in your initial request email. Please send it as an image - do not send a link to an image. You do not need a reference to commission me, however - If you do not have a reference, state this in your email, and please include a paragraph explaining the creature to the best of your ability. I can sketch something based on this, and we can communicate edits to the design back and forth until we find something you are satisfied with. If you want to commission a creature from a specific franchise (i.e., a game or movie), just give me the creature name and franchise, and I can look it up.
When reaching out, please state which of the 2 commission types (Headshot or fullbody) you want to request. I would also appreciate if you state how you found me to commission (such as which platform, website, or discord server you found me on). This last bit if information is optional, however.
I take payments through Paypal or Stripe. All payments are upfront, before I begin your commission. I will send an invoice when I have all the info I need from you to start the commission, and am about to begin sketching.
I will send sketch WIPs over email while still in the sketching phase, for feedback. When I put down the base colors, I will also send a WIP image and ask for your feedback. If you want to see my progress at any other point, you must request it, and I will provide it. Please note that after the sketching phase has ended, the pose of the creature cannot be changed for free.
Provided when finished:
When the commission is finished, I will send 2 images as a PNGs over email in full resolution. One will have no watermarks at all, and the other will have my small signature and logo in the corner. I ask that if you wish to display the artwork publicly online, such as on social media or any other publicly viewable location/platform, you post the version with the watermark.
