Sannaspos station was an important junction for the line to Eastern Cape. It had a signal cabin of 32 levers with backstroke locking on the Home Signals, and consisted of a Mainline, a Loop and a Siding. Telegraph orders were in use to Thaba'nchu & Lynchfield, with Wooden Staff on the Branch Line. This station closed in the late 1990's along with the Branch to the Eastern Cape.
